What is MERAKAN Lite?
An AI-powered cloud service that helps small businesses manage their invoices and expenses without manual data entry.
How does it work?
Snap a photo of an invoice or receipt. AI reads and extracts its details, then you review and confirm them before anything is saved.
Is anything saved before I confirm it?
No. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed and confirmed it.
Which files can I upload?
An invoice or receipt as an image: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment instrument. It includes 3 units per day and 42 units in total, and it does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
How much does the subscription cost?
$20 per month, exclusive of applicable taxes. It includes 500 units per monthly billing period, with a daily limit of 60 units. Billing is monthly only.
What is a unit?
One unit is one successful extraction of one document. Uploading alone, a failed attempt, manual entry, attachments and notes use no units.
Do unused units carry over?
No. Unused units included in your subscription do not carry over.
Can I get more units?
Yes, with add-on packs: 100 units for $12, 300 for $18 and 500 for $22. Add-on units do not expire and are used after the units included in your subscription. Packs are available to active subscribers only, and the daily limit still applies.
How do I pay?
Paid subscriptions on the web are managed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars.
Which languages and devices does it support?
MERAKAN Lite is available in Arabic and English. It is a web application used in a browser and requires an internet connection.
